As an insurance sales representative, you will be giving back to your community every day by ensuring you are providing your clients with the best coverage to fit their unique needs. Salary Range: $50000.00 per year

Base Salary Plus up to 12% Commission

Bonus Opportunities - the team is currently on pace for a $2000 end of year bonus

• With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
• With your excellent rapport-building talents, youll be building clientele via telephone prospecting and cold calling to meet sales goals.
• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes and close sales.
• Utilizing your negotiation and listening skills, you'll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build-rapport.
• Basic computer software knowledge including experience with typing and Agency Management Systems.
• Must be a self-starter.
• A team player who is goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.

We are an Allstate Agency with two locations in the Eugene/Springfield area. Our agencies were established in 1983. We are a high producing sales group with an excellent track record of success and Company awards. We have won Honor Ring 14 times and been ranked in the top 25 agencies in the country 7 times. Our awards also include being in the top 2 agencies in the Western Region 3 times in the last 9 years. The Agency Owner has been in the community for 25 years. We train agents to be high producers.
